    first cycle, please comment if you see anything wrong

    stats: height 6'1, weight 305, BF, 23-25%. Age 35
    bench, 475
    squat, 545
    deads, 635
    all raw, natural.

    My goal is to drop 25-30lbs without losing any muscle, (maybe even gain a little muscle would be awesome). I have been bouncing between 280 and 320 for a couple of years, and each time I lose the weight, I get very weak, and then to get strong again, I end up getting fatter again. I don,t want to do that anymore. I just started first cycle 2 weeks ago. Tell me what you think please.

    50MG injectable oil based winstrol EOD week 1-6
    250MG test C every Monday week 1-12
    250MG test E every Thursday week 1-12
    .25MG Anastrozole EOD week 1-12
    Nolva and Clomid on hand for PCT, haven't figured out my dosages yet.

    Eating 3000 Cals per day 300 G protein, 300 G carbs 80 G fat. ( I am starving all of the time on this diet.)
    Working out M,T,T,F Keeping as heavy as possible (powerlifting workout).

    Do you plan on running HCG ?

    wasn't planning on it. Im taking a relatively small dose of test. And I have read about alot of people who dont take it at all.

    Oki man , yeah some people do some dont , im not sure of the ins and outs of why or why not , I think it may hinder gains a little bit , but im not sure .

    Your taking risks cycling with bodyfat that high. You should be able to drop 30lbs without any loss of muscle, naturally.

    Not sure why you want to use 2 different types of testosterone (no matter how similar) the way you are either?

    Read this and do some educating before action.

    ^^ this. You should be able to lose the weight and get down to 15% bf ish before you cycle. If you insist on cycling you should run hcg 250iu 2x/week and also I would take out the winstrol as you won't have much affect from it since you're body fat is too high. You'll mainly get the negative sides from it. Save it for when you're leaner in a later cycle.

    Also, diet look pretty good. Try to eat most of your carbs right in the morning and post workout so they don't just get stored.

    ^^^^ Agreed. Overall health improves and risks decrease with bf below 15%. Run one ester at 500mg/wk. HCG should be used. 500mg/wk isn't low compared to what you produce naturally. Sure, it's less than 1G a week, but its no small dose. HCG will help facilitate recovery and ensure stimulation of leydig cells necessary for post cycle recovery and restarting your own natural testosterone.

    Oh yes, I missed the diet. I'm not surprised you are hungry, that amount would be a bout right for most 200lb guys with moderate activity to maintain their weight. If that's what you normally cut at I'm not surprised you get weaker when you cut.

    You are obviously a big strong dude. But I would definitely start by cutting because you are going to put on 20lbs of water weight when you start. I also like to eat like a horse when trying to get bigger and cycling. I think you are increasing your chances of getting gyno and would be much better thinning about cutting before running your cycle.
