My goal is to drop 25-30lbs without losing any muscle, (maybe even gain a little muscle would be awesome). I have been bouncing between 280 and 320 for a couple of years, and each time I lose the weight, I get very weak, and then to get strong again, I end up getting fatter again. I don,t want to do that anymore. I just started first cycle 2 weeks ago. Tell me what you think please.
