    The plan is
    Week 1 to 4: Dbol 25mg per day
    Week 2 to 4: Sustanon 200mg per week (I don't like big doses)
    I am currently at week 2

    Then I was thinking about going: Low Test, higher Tren, I have used tren before, but not this way
    Week 5 to 15: Test P - 150mg per week. (3x a week)
    Week 5 to 13: Tren A - 100mg every other day
    Week 5 to 13: B6 - 300mg ED (not a single change getting Caber in my country!)
    Week 14 to 17: hCG - 1000-1500 IU a week

    I'll take three weeks off after last injection and then PCT Nolva - 40/30/20/10

    No point in the sus for 4wks you should just use the prop and tren and run a 10 wk cycle and pin that eod not 3x wk and i would stop the tren 1wk before the prop thats just me though you should really have caber or prami to hand hcg should be run on cycle 250iu's 2x wk what about AI ?

    Pct will be 3 days after last pin nolva & clomid you could run the nolva 1-2 wks more on its own since your using tren up to you

    I'm not a fan of running multiple compounds in one cycle. I've done it before and would not do it again, too many issues with sides coming and going. Is this a bulking or cutting cycle? Sounds more like cutting, but at 6% body fat not sure you have much left to cut. As far as adding muscle that is more based on what your diet looks like. How old were you when you ran your first cycle?

    How come you have about 10lbs less muscle than you had almost 2 years ago?

    You are to young let's get that noted
    Your cycle needs major work
    To much stuff why dbol
    Hcg is wrong should be thru out stop 3 days prior 500 week is good
    Pct is wrong need add clomid
    I know there is more hopefully some else chimes in
    And again your to young

    My diet is in check! No worries there, this would be a lean bulk cycle First cycle at 20 (Not the smartest thing to do I know!)

    This lbs thingy is not my best friend honestly, I was around 86 kgs (not 200lbs) at my heaviest, and that was after a competition cycle which involved me losing my tren virginity, currently I am 82 kgs at the start of this cycle, the thing is I like to gain muscles with no fat involved (stupid some might say, but it is working, slowly)

    cant qoute urls wtf
    dbol at low dosage to kickstart the cycle, as said above I'll look into adding the hcg on cycle

    Been AAS free since March 2013.

    Weight after a big cycle with higher bf. vs. weight before cycle with less bodyfat, I guess it also comes down to me not willing to do heavy duty dirty bulking where I go well over 10% bf, addicted to being "shredded" I guess.

    Also, always competing, as in cutting down, I have never really given myself time to bulk up! That's what I am aiming for now, breaking the plateau, so I guess no competing until atleast 200 lbs at the same bf
