First cycle.. Sus 250
hello guys new to forum...
6ft 7--104kg 26yr old
been rearching for a while now ... and finally ready for my first cycle
been training for over 4 and half yrs
i plan to run sus250 for 10 weeks 2x10ml
my ai will be arimdex...
and my pct will be nolva..

I have few questions .....
should i add clomid to the pct ??
this is my first cycle and I'm trying to do everything right from the start..
also with the armidex, nolva what are the dosage i should be taking per week .
any answers would be much appreciated

6'7" and only 104kg? That sounds quite small for your height. Do you have any pictures?
Whats your bodyfat?
Why Sustanon and not Test-C/Test-E?
Yes you shoudl have both Clomid and Nolva in your PCT, researching here will give you some idea as to the doses, post up your ideas and we will then help you adjust.
Arimidex is usually dosed somewhere between 0.25mg-0.5mg EOD - but it depends on the person and the cycle.
You havent mentioned any HCG use.
What is your diet? What is your goal?

not sure on bf
i have easy access to the sus250 thats why ..
yes i will include clomid with the nolva.. i am not to sure on the doses thats why I'm asking...
with armidex thats daily?
hcg is the one thing I'm struggling with... i need more info on dosages ,
i have pregnol but in a vial i want oral form.
diet is 6-8 meals a day, chicken ,fish ,meat .... goal is to increase in size and swole up in size

Okay, judging by your answers. You need to seriously revise your training and diet before you attempt this cycle.
6'7"
114kg (250lbs)
20-25% bodyfat
91kg lean (200lbs) - if we assume youre only 20%.
You're lacking a lot of muscle for your height. Please go and read the nutition secion and post up a full diet for use to critique.

i do have plenty of muscle but have a belly
my diet is 8 meals per day min..

2eggs,bacon
3chicken
4steak &potatoes
5chicken
6yougurt, walnuts
7shake
