That's not exactly I was implying but thanks for intelligent response.

I am simply asking what can I take that will aid in joint and tissue recovery.

yes there is but it is one hard to acquire and two EXPENSIVE but if you really want to know imho there are two compounds that would do you justice as long as your ego didn't destroy your progress by getting ahead of your self. ... Anavar and HGH. if you don't know why as a new member ill say it nicer than most others will ...do your homework and educate b4 u medicate.(I stole that but its good advice)

Take time off to properly let it heal
Take a trip to the physical therapist to help get back your range of motion
Take time to listen to the professionals.
    That's what to take.

the hardest part about downtime for me and I would imagine for most is losing gains. I got shot back in 2009 and went from 200 to 138 in six months. just rushing the type of food I ate and not following the docs advice cost me another surgery cuz I was puking so hard I busted stitches and herniated my original incision. So ya I second that... be patient. the gear I recommended will help speed physical therapy just DO NOT JUMP THE GUN like I did hahahah.
