Adding tesp prop to test c mid-cycle

Hey guys,

I'm currently on my first cycle ever, and i just completed week 3 Of a 10-wk test c 500 cycle. I have recently obtained a cycle of Super P 300 (150 test prop + 150 test phenylprop) and I would like to incorporate it into my cycle.

If this is safe to do, could you all please be so kind as to answer a couple questions for me?

1.) Should i incorporate the entire 300, for a total of 800 on the cycle? If not, how much?

2.) When should i begin adding the Super P? (Next shot, or mid-cycle, etc.)?

3.) Can i put the Super P in the same shot with my test c?

I would like to think anyone in advance for any advice you have, it is greatly appreciated

Dont add prop to the cycle. No need for it if its your first cycle. Stick with test c at 500mg a week.

How do you propose to counteract the 'hard gainer fast metab'?

What is your dietary plan for on cycle, during PCT and post PCT?

In fact, what is your PCT plan and also your AI and HCG protocol?

Its not that it would be a waste its that its your first cycle and its not neccasary at this point. You will get good gains from 500mg per week.

HCG will make your recovery faster, I'd suggest you get some.

You haven't mentioned an AI anywhere, do you have one?

No, don't add any more gear. You have no idea how you are going to react to 500mg let alone nearly doubling it. 800mg shouldn't be used by anyone until they are several cycles in and even then....

You are light, no 2 ways about it. If you can't gain off cycle you have limited chance of retaining your gains after it. Can you post a pic so we can see what we are dealing with in terms of physique?

And i said hard gainer not impossible gainer lol. I've gained roughly 20 lbs of muscle over 5 yrs. was 157 then.. 140 when i graduated hs but that was awhile ago

You don't need arimidex on hand you need to run it. Start immediately at 0.25mg EOD to start, you can always adjust later on.
