Im 6'4" 215lbs. B/f stays between high 5s to low 7. My last 3 cycles have been test 250e and tren 100 hex. Took both twice a week Sunday and wed. Diet 240g protein 160g carbs 50g good fat 10g bad fat. I haven't seen any significant changes. I would like to gain another 10lbs but keep the same leanness. Would a trainer be beneficial? I work out alone. 4am 530am. Or do I have to step it up on the cycle, change it? Is there a top out point to ones body and genetics? I know this similar to intro post just looking for answers.
