    Thumbs up questions

Im 6'4" 215lbs. B/f stays between high 5s to low 7. My last 3 cycles have been test 250e and tren 100 hex. Took both twice a week Sunday and wed. Diet 240g protein 160g carbs 50g good fat 10g bad fat. I haven't seen any significant changes. I would like to gain another 10lbs but keep the same leanness. Would a trainer be beneficial? I work out alone. 4am 530am. Or do I have to step it up on the cycle, change it? Is there a top out point to ones body and genetics? I know this similar to intro post just looking for answers. This forum has more viewers. Thanks

You aren't eating enough. You're only eating around 2500 calories if you're following those macros. Up everything.. 300 protein, 300 carbs, 70 fats. Roughly 3000 Cals and see what kind of results you can get for that.

With your stats i think 3000 cals would be maintenance. Up it to 3500 to gain.

Not on any consistency. Walk about 5 to 7 miles on weekends.

Are you sure your bodyfats 5-7%? If you want to bulk but keep bodyfat low you should try moderate intensity cardio after training or on rest days.

Yea post us a pic of 5%....so you can step on stage right now lol? Not flamin but that's hard f or me to believe.

Anyway your gonna have to eat more than the macros you listed if you want some real gains out of 500mg. How many cycles you ran?
