About to begin third cycle

300mgs Tren per week
220mgs Prop Per week
Week 6-10
Add in 300mgs Stanazol per week
Week 10-12
Drop Tren (Stan + Prop)
Pct

Diet
Extend with L-Carnitine
40mins Cardio (only EOD)
Meal 1)Whey Protein with flaxseed oil and berries
Meal 2) 8x Eggs scrambled with avocado
Meal 3) Chicken breast with brown rice and spinach
Meal 4) Salmon with Salad
Pin 100mg Tren & 75mg Prop
Weight Train
Post) Whey + Dextrose + Vit C
Meal 5) Red Meat with Salad
Mon) Back/Biceps
Tues) Legs
Weds) shoulders/triceps
Thurs) back/biceps
Fri)legs
Sat) shoulders/Tri/chest
Sun) rest
