    First time cycle

Hey guys. I am considering starting my first cycle. I was looking for your respected advice on this cycle. I have read a decent amount on the basics, but I want to know exactly what is recommended to take and what to do. Please say wether a PCT and oral or injectable. I would like to take injectable but I do not know how to get them without a high risk or fraudlency. Here are my stats.
    20 years
    6' 3 1/2''
    205 lb
    13% body fat and lowering
Note that I lift 5 time per week, but do about 2 hrs of stop-start cardio per day unfortunately.

could you please give me your opinions?

    Thanks a ton!

And you're too old not to know grammar. I already have a good diet and work ethic. At this point I feel the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks. I would only take a cycle, and my athletic requirements demand that I am not grotesquely huge. Is there anything that lowers fat, increases stamina, and adds productive muscle mass?

    Thanks.

It's not age it's education that determines your knowledge of grammar and proper word usage. But it's education and age that determine if your ready for steroid usage. And at 20 you're not there dude! What you will benefit from steroid usage at your age will not be enough to matter because you don't know enough to keep any real gains that you do get. Not only will you be shutting off your nat. tes production with out the knowledge of how to control estrogen, how and what to eat, how to train properly and how to post cycle all you will do is blow up like a moon pie face soft smooth Weinie boy! And I know you don't know any of this due to your question about what to take to " lower bf, increase stamina, and build lean muscle mass. Research the compounds and you will find out all the info you seek. Find a good food plan that fits your goals and get some knowledge of biomechanics of the human body so you understand how to maximize your workouts. I'm not one to say your to young like a lot of people here will say and leave it at that! I'm saying your lack of knowledge and level of maturity are your first issues you need to address if you really want to utilize steroids properly.

Hi tipofspear, look into a low fat lean bulk diet of a 4500-5700 caloric intake. This diet should last 16 weeks with no cheat days. It's tough as it takes a lot of discipline, a lot of cooking, and you'll need to measure foods. Lift more weight in less reps to increase your power. The answer to losing fat at your age will be found in your diet and your diet alone. AAS aren't the answer for someone your age. I know that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth. Focus your energy in researching pro body builders diets to get the results you seek. Best of luck bud.

This kid should use pro bodybuilder diets?
no cheat meals, not even for Leptin release?
a generic number to consume for calories over 16 weeks with no adjustment for continued weight loss or continued weight gain. not to mention do you know how much food is involved for a low fat 5700 calorie daily intake. Hope he has a good pizza delivery job to afford all that food.

Mate you just gave a load of shit advice to a kid, and thats the ugly truth

Mockery, It's solid advice. To answer what sounds like your concerns: Lean bulk diets are typically more expensive do to all the extra food. It does takes a lot of cooking (I can only fit about 3 days of food into my fridge when I bulk) Yes, I am very aware of how much food is involve. The diet actually starts at 4,700 and increases 250 calories each week until you top out at 5,700, but I didn't get specific as I don't see him focused on dieting. In general, my advice to him was to focus his energy and research in diets, not steroids . I was pointing him in a direction of what pro body builders eat, not giving him a road map to it...and as for no cheat days, I mean just that. I would have also told him no alcohol, but he's under the age of 21. If you'd like to further discuss nutrition, I'd be happy to critique your diet in the appropriate forum.

Demz not trying argue but what i think mockery meant was you gave a kid advice to eat 4700-5700 calories when his TDEE is about 2700-3060. So he would be grossly over eating!

No sweat michael, the kids a big boy standing at almost 6'4 - so I used the caloric intake I eat when I bulk. Maybe I shouldn't have gotten that specific. Yes, I was just trying to focus him on dieting, which we all know is the real key. Thanks for the follow up post. That's all I was really trying to do, get him pointed in the right direction.

Thanks for all of the replies. The reason why I was considering steroids is that I'm going to Ranger school in a year and want any edge to improve physically. However, it seems pretty unanimous that steroids are not a good option right now.

    Thanks!

KFC? If I don't cook it, I don't eat it.
