Putting together a first cycle. Long post.
Hey guys/gals,
I want to be thorough and give you as much as possible.
I'm trying to piece together and fine tune my first cycle so I get the best results I can safely, keep them, and not have the side effects!
I have some kids, and want some more and my ole lady likes making them. lol So I'm not wanting to mess up the baby making!

Working on coming down I went on a binge last year, sugars, cookies, ice cream, and energy drinks. ;(
EDIT *I am wanting to hit 205-215 LBS with 8% BF. So a clean lean bulk.*
Diet depending on the days whether off day, or training and how much. I usually do 15-20 mins on a bike before a workout. Run 1 mile 1-2 days a week on off days.
2000-3000 calories a day. I eat pretty clean.

Week 13-17 Nolva 40-20-20-20
Not sure if I should run the test for 8, 10, or 12 weeks. I don't want to run the cycle to short or long. I think 0.5 G a week of Test E for 10 weeks should be a good basis.
Also the PCT starts 2 weeks after for Enanthate? So are my weeks listed correctly above?

Everything looks pretty good man, good luck! 10 weeks is fine but if you wanted you could stretch it to 12 but no more than this for a first cycle. Yes pct starts 2 weeks after the final pin

Hey mike, I love body building diets and thru that I found AAS. Your diet looks good, but it's a shotgun approach. Put a scope on it and dial it in a bit. Also, I'm not sure what your goal is, but do to the low caloric intake I'm guessing you want to cut. If you are looking to cut, I think you could lose the bacon, yogurt (typically high in sugar) and your second sweet potato. Make sure your turkey is 99% ff (cost a $1 more, but worth it) on your dinner, I'd keep it a white meat on a cut. Finally, I'd eat 1.5 ounces of cottage cheese as the last thing before bed. (Slowest protein in the world, this will help preserve your muscles) I think you need to be aware, if your not already, that high amounts of protein is very bad for your kidneys, so you must drink about 128ounces of water a day. If you were wanting to do a lean bulk, your off by a lot. Lmk if that's the case as I'd be happy to share my lean bulk diet (5,700 calories a day) great to see you focused on diet, it's key. I find it kind of fun tweaking my diets and seeing my body respond to it. I took a few cycles of AAS and because my diet was so dialed in, my results were off the chain. Best of luck to you bro.

Sorry didn't specify that! I am wanting to hit 205-215 LBS with 8% BF. So a clean lean bulk.
196 - 13%BF(25LBS) = 171 LBS
205 - 8%BF(17LBS) = 188 LBS
I need to drop 8 LBS of BF then gain 17 LBS of Lean muscle. Based on
196 LBS - 8LBS = 188 LBS
205 lBS - 188 LBS = 17 LBS
I have heard and read that I will need more food/calories on a cycle but the amount seems crazy to me!
My TDEE is about 2100 now. Based on 196 LBS - 25 LBS BF x's 12 CAL = 2100 CAL. Whats the average number for a bulk(Noncycle) 16-18 calories per LB. That would be 3200-3500 calories.
I guess this is a different world i'm new too, and the caloric intake just seems unfathomable to me at this point to eat that, then bulk clean and lean. lol At 5000+ Calories a day thats roughly 28 CAL per 1 LB.
I know a great diet is key and want my nutrition dialed in as you said. We know a cycle isn't magic you need a diet and have to do the work.
Also Winstrol for a stack. I've been reading up on it and a lower does of 0.2-0.3 MG/KG is great for a lean bulk. Is this correct?
196 LBS = 90 KGS
0.25 MG x's 90 KGS = 22.5 MG

Cycle looks fine but stop your hcg @wk 10 with your test and pct starts 14 days after last pin and your nolva & clomid doses are spot on

Hey y'all got an update on cycle now! Took a bit to start but wanted to make sure I had absolutely everything on hand and felt good about starting.
Now that I have started I feel great, actually phenomenal especially in the gym!!!! lol
I have noticed a feeling of extreme confidence in the gym, just an overhelming excitement and almost euphoric state when lifting!!! In my head "No way this isn't possible!" I've noticed a bit more energy throughout the day.
I have noticed gains already.
My diet this past week has not been the greatest. My appetite has been crazy and being in a hotel room and working all day. Had some fast food, but been substituting meals with clif bars and premade musclemilk shakes. Made sure to stay on my supplements vitamins and fruits.
Weight 202
BF 13.6
My first pin was Feb 17
250 IU HCG
250 MG Test E
2nd was Feb 21
250 IU HCG
250 MG Test E
3rd was on Feb 24th.
I had to double my dose for this week. Got a last minute call Friday the 22 that I was going out of town for work! So I double up this week.
500 IU HCG
500 MG Test E
Monday I will be back in town and get back on 250 twice a week.
My numbers aren't exact. Left my log book at home with past lifts. Still out of town right now. Lifts this week were at different gyms and locations with different equipment. Not exactly sure on number due to quality of equipment of age. Some seemed to have drag, or numbers worn off. Either way I have noticed a jump in strength, and recovery!!!!
I can annihilate myself one day at says legs and hit them again in 2 days! No falling the last 6 inches when trying to sit after a crazy leg work out.
I'm not the strongest and been lifting about the same numbers for a year.

Bench press 135 for a set of 10 first then usually dropped. 170ish 1 rep

I updated the thread. You were right, it's about unbelieveable. I am trying to go to the gym as much as possible and want to get the full effect and lock them in.
