    tingly arms

Week 7 of cycle, arms had been tingly and weird for a week or so but it's getting real uncomfortable, usually throughout the night, I keep waking up (which I normally do despite melatonin unfortunately) and in the am, which is when I workout...today I skipped my workout and will go in afternoon but I can't always do that....anyone think weird "going numb" feeling would be related to cycle?? Only test hcg and adex

Do you sleep with your arms above your head?

Sometimes just due to growth a nerve under your arm pit starts to get pinched and your arm start to feel numb or tingly. In extreme cases there is surgery for it. You can also try deep tissue massage. More than likely it's just nerve compression.

No I sleep crunched on my shoulders, it's definitely something being pinched, I just wondered if it was a symptom of something related to this...I'm thinking you're most likely correct, if one thing has really grown it's shoulders and surrounding muscles, I hate the feeling tho...thanks lovebyts
