    new and in need of help

    So I see posts exactly like this listing physically stats and what the op wants to achieve and they never get the answer they want. Not that they don't get an answer they just don't read what they want to hear. Mainly because of the age of the op usually being too ypung and still growing. I would like to iquire on behalf of myself.

    23 years old
    3 years training (endurance base training, to body building, now and holding at powerlifting.)
    Started training at 3 years ago and weighef in at 250 fat/seditary, dropped to 160, 8% bf in the course of a year al running swimming and body weight.
    wanted to start a foundation of muscle and in about 6months put back on 40lbs.
    Training in power lifting ever since.
    Current weight: 198 lbs, 17% bf
    Poor bench at 245
    Deadlift 505
    Squat 400
    I want to get stronger quicker. Simply as that.
    Never have done a cycle of anything. I want to know where to start.
    Please help if you can.
