Steroids and immune system
All set to start my 3rd cycle but keep picking up little viruses and it's pissing me off cos il train solid for two weeks then get ill and won't be able to eat or train properly for a few days. I know the reason it's cos fat c**nts in my gym sit off hogging all the weights coughing and sneezing spreading their germs whilst I'm
Training getting tired and my immune system is down and I end up catching their shit. Really want to start this cycle ASAP but it will be a waste if I can't train consistently for 12-14 weeks. If I start my cycle will it improve my immune system and recovery times or
Is it likely to make things even worse?

Really won't make a difference.
You need to practice better hygiene at the gym.
Use the disinfectant spray on the equipment before you use. Especially the hand grips. Wash your hands before and after you workout. Keep your hands off the mouth of your water bottle and don't touch your face and mouth wile working out. If your sweaty wipe with a paper towel and dispose.
Stay away from those who are hacking and coughing.
I have no problem telling sick people to have consideration for others. It's mostly punks that come in and try to sweat it out as they say.
I'm like really bro your spreading your disease all over the place in here really?
No one gives the jacked up old man any lip.

This is part of the reason I wear gloves to train, wash my hands when I am done and keep your hands away from your face when your training.

All great points, something iv never really thought about but makes perfect sense , il get one of those hand sanitisers and use them between sets. I never go the gym when I'm sick don't wanna be spreading my germs. As long as it's not goin to weaken my immune system going to get started on my cycle very soon, just will be a waste if I keep having to stop eating and training on cycle due to illness. don't understand why I keep getting sick, I'm fit and well, eat right and train hard and keep getting ill, getting me down!

Like the others have shared already.
Practicing good oral hygiene works wonders, wash your hands, don't breath other sick people exhaust, no rubbing the tear ducts, picking the nose or ears, and never bite your nails.
A little extra rest between workout help build up the immune system.
Depending where you are extra carbs are easier to handle than big heavy fats & too much protein also over works the system.
Get healthy and you can train harder with better gains.

AAS will suppress your immune system and put you at a slightly higher risk to getting sick!

Are you taking a multi vitamin? or D3? I would get this sickness under control personally. I was getting sick every other week till i got back on a multi and D3, I know it sounds a little silly. But extra sleep will help too. I train when sick, but its in my garage, not hurting anyone else.

To get my cycle details right and diet correct I haven't considered vitamin supplements , other than vit c. I always assumed that because I have a balanced diet and have a lot of fruit and veg that I was getting all my vitamin requirements antioxidants etc without need for supplements . If I start multivitamin and d3 i will need at Least a month i assume for it to take effect and get in my system , therefore delaying my cycle even further, iv been planning it for months and am eager to start. Not planning on going anywhere though so I suppose a few more weeks won't hurt! One more thing, what about vitamin toxicity ? If I'm getting fat soluble vitamins in my diet and from supplements will I not be effectively overdosing which could cause me harm?

Truth. Even males with naturally higher testosterone have weaker immune systems than males with lower testosterone. Study released last month.
In men, high testosterone can mean weakened immune response, study finds - Office of Communications & Public Affairs - Stanford University School of Medicine
