    Don't and Do while doing Clenbuterol alone?

    hey guys,had read pretty much i wan to know about clen ...
    my STAT,20yo,70kg,5'5,about 20-22% BF.goal 13-15% bf,63-65kg.
    mind remind me what Don't and Do while on Clen Alone 2wk on/2wk off cycle for 4 month???

    dosage gonna start from 20mg to 100mg[day9],120mg maximum if body temp drop to normal.

    SIDENOTE-minor skin allergy,weak joint compare to muscle strength,not bad muscles mass.Macros are fine but not calorie intake last few weeks,losing only 1lbs per week,but i will try hard to get 2lbs per week before i take clen...

    from [clenbuterol handbook].the most effective way of cycling clen is 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
    for no more than 12 weeks.

    alright,i think i will switch from 4 months to 3 months.and so after how long till i can run another cycles again guys?

    Go two weeks on and then stop for two weeks. Start with a small amount and when your body gets used to it go up a bit. I usually start with 40mcg, then 80 and don't go over 120 personally. Then I start over again at 40. Good luck.

    thanks for the infos im gonna try 20mcg on 1st day just incase,and 40mcg on 2nd cycle 1st day. thanks

    and i do have another question,good enough to run Clen with 500kcal/15% calorie deficit?
    and what if my carb intake is too low?what sign i would know if my carbs intake is not enough? im running 40/40/20,and sometime eating too much fats so i have to cut down carb[rice]...

    Personally Im going:
    40/40/40/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120

    Make sure your diet is in check , head over to the nutrional section , the lads there are great and will guide you on it .

    Also make sure you buy Taurine to stop cramping
