Hey guys just have a question. A very good friend
Of myn has been running a 10 week cycle of
Test e 750 mg a week and 400mg deca . He recently finished this injectable part and on week 8 has been running anavar at 40 mg week 1 80 mg week 2 and 100-120 mg week 3 till now. His diet has been spot on however he has developed a fair amount of bloat and is wondering how to reduce it. He is almost finished with his cycle as well and is curious about his pct. would 40 mg of nolvadex a day be fine?

I see you are 19 however, I'm sure your friend is older and more experienced with anabolic steroids . He would have to be, because 750mg of test e per week is a pretty serious dosage. When you say he is finished with the injectable part, does that mean he has stopped his test and deca and started with anavar without test? Tell your friend 40mg of nolva a day will not be fine, and he should expect his dick not to work and to be on testosterone replacement therapy for the rest of his life. Muscle ink he wa running nolvadex no cycle due to bad acne build up .

Acne can be caused by an increase in estrogen just as much as an increase in testosterone but the risks of elevated estrogens to his heart and prostate are serious enough he should always run an AI. His prolactin may be elevated now as well.

I can't reccomend what he should use since I don't know his stats,
Age, height, weight, body fat %, cycle history, training history.
PCT should look like this:
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50.
I doubt he is running an AI, which is why he is having some bloat. He probably is not running HCG either, just a guess.

Thanks guys I read alot and have many Freinds who have used and currently use and they also agreed with you guys that 750 test a week is high. Anyway thanks for the advice take care
