my first cycle help me do it right
HI every one so were to start i am 24 this is my first real cycle i i have been working out for about 2 years i am 5 9 i weigh about 160 15% body fat so i have been doing some reading on the site and this is what i am thinking of doing 200mg of test 200mgs of eq every 4 days i am going to run that for 12 weeks but i wanna stack tren with it for the last 8 weeks with the eq and the test i am also taking 0.5mg of arimidex every 5 days i just need to know how much tren you think i should take i wanna end up being 180 after my post cycle and i dont wanna get strech marks some tips please

Welcome to the forum. By the description you gave of your first proposed cycle, I'm not sure you've been reading here long enough because that is a horrendous proposal for a first cycle. You've made no mention of PCT or most importantly, nutrition. I'd say you're a tad light to cycle as well. You need to continue training, eating, resting and repeating that scenario for some time. In the interim, I'd suggest heading over to the nutrition forum and make sure your diet is well in hand. Again, welcome.

You are to skinny need to eat more
Tren first cycle is big no no
I would clean up your diet eat more clean foods gain as much as possible naturally first

my meal plan is pretty good i have gained 20 pounds in the past 6 months i eat 4 eggs at 5 am with guacamole and one honey whet bread and glass of 2% milk
730am i drink a 25 gram protein and banana shake 11 am chicken salad sandwich 130pm 10oz chicken breast brown rice and raw bro
330 i eat 2 veggie burgers
530 i eat 8 oz salmon veggeies rice
630 gym shake again
10 pm chicken or salmon
1130 oreos and shake
i am waiting on my friend to get it i havent done any thing yet waiting to get it all first
how is it horrendous proposal i havent been reading on the site just like diffrent medical sights
what do you mean tad light i only wanna weigh 180 and like 12% body fat
i eatthe best i can with my life cause i am always busy school work

i have a huge sweet toth thats why i cant get body fat down like i didnt mean to double post i am going to do it no matter what cycle i just want help doing it right

Oreos and Tren , and you posted two threads. Come on man. Go to the diet section and post up macros and total calories. It sounds to me like you have a lot more research to do before you start any anabolics. You should not be taking anything if you can't even get your diet straight.

test only buddy do more research post up a real cycle plan and we can take from there
No one is going to help u run tren on your first cycle

i have done test before just test i did for 14 weeks thats why i said this will be my first real cycle
i did it when i first started working out my friend gave it to me for free
