    Question First cycle test e + dbol and pct need help

    Hey guys im about to start my first cycle was searching forums etc and found this for a first cycle


    Wk 1-12 Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d
    Wk 1-4 Dianabol (Dbol ) = 30mg/day
    Wk 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
    Wk 1-14.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection.

    pct
    Begins wk 15 to wk 19

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Is it any good for a first cycle? need help thanks

    Pretty standard cycle and PCT, I ran the same cycle, my PCT was a little different however, at your age though I think you are risking too much. What are your stats, height, weight ect..

    5feet8 and 170lbs, around 10-12%bf im 21 been lifting for about 2years with good diet

    ^^^Agreed. As many young guys we've had wanton to start their first cycle there have been almost as many asking for help to come off their cycle because they weren't ready for the side effects, problems with injections, etc.

    It would be wiser to put this decision off for another 4-5 years, train naturally and eat like a monster!

    If you do decide to cycle down the road i wouldnt bother with the dbol for your first cycle either

    I agree. Still too young. Endo system not yet fully developed. You're risking damage before reaching your full endo maturity. Still plenty of natty test coursing through your system. I'd continue to build that solid base that you have an excellent start on and focus on learning more...example, d-bol on first cycle is a no no. Test only.

    well already got the test e and nolva in hands , dont really mind about the age im going on 22.. i know still a bit young but amyway. I'll forget the dbol , it the hcg necessary and an AI , and for pct is only nolva ok or should get clomid too?

    We get guys your age in here DAILY and every one of them is convinced they're ready. They know a guy who did steroids or their dealer told them nothing could go wrong or they've just decided its time. Many young guys think the results will happen from one cycle. You get in, do a cycle, come off, and BOOM, you look amazing. WRONG. It takes time and a lot of commitment. Years of dedication to nutrition and training before steroids should become an option.

    There's a lot of issues you will have to manage and consider during your cycle: hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia, alopecia (hair loss), cystic acne, possible sexual dysfunction and loss of libido, prostate health, changes to important blood parameters, immunosuppression and more.

    We have numerous guys here, your age, who all run PROPER cycles but once their cycle ended, their suppressed HTPA did not fully recover. They weren't producing enough natural testosterone , were fatigued and lethargic, depressed, couldn't get erections, their sex drives had gone to hell and some had high cholesterol issues. Are you ready for that at age 22? It won't matter how good you look if you feel like crap or can't sport an erection even with the hottest girl.

    Think long and hard about this decision.

    What's your nutrition plan look like? How many calories a day will you be eating and what is the ratio of macros? How many calories above your TDEE are you planning? These factors are far more important than any steroid .

    Spend your time for now reading the stickys, steroids and the young and all the pct stickys and all of your questions will be answered there

    Eating about 200gram of protein a day, 400-500gram of carbs and about 100g fat

    I just need some advice if the hcg and AI is needed, and for pct if i can use just nolva or nolva and clomid

    I don't really remember what is it exactly but i know im eating more then maintenance. i wouldn't have gained more then 50lbs in the past two years if i was below .

    Thats a pretty standard cycle although i would run the aromasin right up to pct

    It's easy enough to calculate as its important. 50lbs is NOT 50lbs of pure lean muscle. There will be a lot of fat and/water retention there. The nutrition plan is far more important for keeping gains lean. A lot of younger guys drink far too many protein shakes and not enough real food.

    Well got my bodyfat cheked when i hitted 170 and im 8% .. was 16% bf at 125lbs when i started.

    aromasin til week 15 ? or still use it in pct ?

    Sounds good. I'd still run your nutrition plan by the guys in the nutrition subforum. Why not optimize your results?

    Op you probably wont but you should listen to these guys. Waiting afew years would be more beneficial at least for your health! Good luck either way.
