    Help

    Answers!!
Hey guys! I'm 20 years old and have been lifting for a good majority of my life. I am 5'8" and about 185 pounds. I have a good body type for putting on some serious mass. I want to go on a cycle and really bulk up. I need help to find stuff that really works and is not a scam. If anybody could give me some input on what to take and where I can get it would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Sure can! Attached is an image of the greatest most potent steroid available and is most effective for teenagers. Take 500mg per week of this and you will see amazing results.

Hey man, welcome to the forum. I know its easy to become disheartened and it seems like you're being shut out and shut down. No one is really saying, "never do a cycle, that's just for us." Rather, there are some highly experienced people here, many who have made the mistake of running a cycle too early in life and now face a lifetime of issues and problems. All we're really saying is, now is the time to really prove that you are indeed a man and realize that now is simply not the time. You are still growing and developing. Taking AAS now will only shut down what nature is already doing on its on (and at a time when your natural hormone level will never be higher) and taking AAS now puts you at a very real risk of that natural function NEVER coming back. A very very knowledgeable member here by the name of MuscleInk said it best just today, "it won't matter how good you look if you can't even get a hard on." Hang in there and be a real man by facing the fact that now is not the time. You'll be at proper age before you know it. Good luck bro!

    Here is MuscleInk's entire quote...

We get guys your age in here DAILY and every one of them is convinced they're ready. They know a guy who did steroids or their dealer told them nothing could go wrong or they've just decided its time. Many young guys think the results will happen from one cycle. You get in, do a cycle, come off, and BOOM, you look amazing. WRONG. It takes time and a lot of commitment. Years of dedication to nutrition and training before steroids should become an option.

There's a lot of issues you will have to manage and consider during your cycle: hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia, alopecia (hair loss), cystic acne, possible sexual dysfunction and loss of libido, prostate health, changes to important blood parameters, immunosuppression and more.

We have numerous guys here, your age, who all run PROPER cycles but once their cycle ended, their suppressed HTPA did not fully recover. They weren't producing enough natural testosterone , were fatigued and lethargic, depressed, couldn't get erections, their sex drives had gone to hell and some had high cholesterol issues. Are you ready for that at age 22? It won't matter how good you look if you feel like crap or can't sport an erection even with the hottest girl.

Think long and hard about this decision.

What's your nutrition plan look like? How many calories a day will you be eating and what is the ratio of macros? How many calories above your TDEE are you planning? These factors are far more important than any steroid .

You will get real help here. In fact you should be more concerned about anyone who overlooks the risk factors or your health and gives half-assed advice.

As Odin said, it may not be what you want to hear and none of us are saying "go away you can't have our steroids ". This website and its membership prides itself on giving advice based on experience, published fact, and recommendations that put your health ahead of vanity. Too many young guys think, "I have to do this NOW", or, "I need to look like THAT guy" (pick whomever you want). There is no reason to rush into things. You have plenty of time.....and work on improving yourself and not trying to be someone else. What other people think about you is THEIR problem, not yours. Work to improve yourself FOR YOURSELF, and get a solid foundation of nutrition and training under you before you use drugs that will strain your body. There's plenty of time ahead of you.

Time+nutrition= gains. At age 20 I weighed 145 lbs. Fast forward 10 years I weigh 200 lbs, lean muscle. Check out the nutrition section in regards to bulking diet. As long as your diet is in check.....YOU WILL MAKE GAINS!!!

The best place to get nutrition advice is in the nutrition sub forum. We could discuss a plan here but the guys that monitor the nutrition subforum do so because they have some of the best knowledge to share.

Why not post your stats there and ask about some advice on a lean bulking plan. There is also a thread here about lean bulking if you use the search function. I don't have the link handy on my phone or I would post it for you.

As the guys suggested, the nutrition forum is a great place for you to be right now. While there, I'd suggestion investigating what TDEE is and what yours is. That would be a very valuable piece of info for you.

Also, don't bail on this site!!! Stick around and read all the stickies and browse the threads. There is so much info here its ridiculous.
