Previous cycle 500mg test e e/w. 0.25mg adex eod.
So I was off gym for couple of month due to work. I started to workout constantly 2 month already. I'm planning mainly to hold on to my current weight and drop my bf to 11-12%

150mg test p eod -8weeks
250iu hcg e/w -8weeks
.25 adex eod - 8 weeks
Pct nolva 40/20/20/20
Chlomid 100/50/50/50
Diet at maintenance.
