8 weeks on 8 weeks off (advice please)

15% bf
10+ years training
I am looking into doing 2 back to back 8 weeks cycle, in other words:
cycle #01 = 8 weeks
PCT + no steroids for 8 weeks
repeat
reason being is that I want to gain faster and keep sides to a minimum
I have done a 12 week test E/500mg in the past and the results where good
I am off for about 2 years
What I intent to do is:
week 1-8 = 150 mg test prop EOD
Week 1-8 = 50 mg Winny ED
week 1-8 = HCG .250 iu E3D
PCT
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Week 19 repeat
Is the PCT enough?
I am tempted to go 100mg of winny daily.

Your HPTA won't recover in 8 weeks. you might as well run a 12 week cycle, PCT, and rest for 3 to 6 months.

You should go 8 weeks off plus 4 weeks of PCT . I wait 2 weeks after my last pin before I start PCT . So at least 14 weeks off for my liking. As stated above your HPTA needs more that 8 weeks to get back in line.

If you're trying to gain faster you could try a modified version of Ronnie Rowland's slingshot training
You'll want to read this!
Basically 8 weeks on/2 weeks off(or cruise, or mini pct) 8 more weeks on/ then full PCT/off completely.
You won't recover fully during that 2 weeks obviously but you'll avoid prolonged atrophy, you'll keep making gains, and your final PCT may end up being roughly the same as if you'd only run a single 8 week cycle.
Everyone is different though, and your mileage may vary.
