    Exclamation My first cycle???

    Hello all,
    New member here, 31 5'7" 160lbs. I have been doing some reading and I been thinking about starting a cycle. Any suggestion?? I have a high metabolism my Dr. says. Up my calorie intake, increased meal, work out regularly, I'm on creative protein And a mass gainer I'm not getting results I would like and it getting frustrating.

    Please help

    What does your diet and training look like? You should check out the nutrition section. You would be amazed at how much muscle you can build with a natural bulking diet.

    Welcome to the forum. I'd say you're still a bit light to cycle. What is your body fat %. I would venture to say you need to spend some more time training and eating. As stated, go to the nutrition section and do some reading. Do you know what TDEE is? If not, you need to and you need to know what yours is and whether or not you are hitting it. Get those things under your belt...read all the stickies in the Q&A section, PCT section and nutrition section and best of luck!

    Dr.is spot on eat train repeat. Protien and creatine..repeat.
