Im just curious as to know what everyone does and with what results? I've read that some guys do 2 bulking cycles before a cut and most that do a bulk and then a cut after and then a bulk again. Then some that do extended bulk cycles and then a cut. What are your opinions and results?

Oh and off the subject, how can I get this to notify me when people reply? I hate that I have to go and check on my own, then i sometimes forget and leave people hanging cause I dont know they responded
