If i were training you, i'd have you pick up some t3 and clen , then have you crash cut on 1800 cals high protein (maybe no carb if you're dedicated).

Medium-High intensity fasted cardio. start at 1 mile per day. work up to 3 miles per day.

In response to a question about downsides of Adex.

I can think of 2 downsides:
1) it's crappy
2) it doesn't work

Test is not very anti catabolic. Terrible cutting compound.

Add tren, nand, or winny. They'll hold your muscle much better than test (especially tren)

It works for test, but test barely aromatizes.

when you're playing with a decent dose of something that highly converts to estro (dbol), adex doesn't touch it. from my experience. I buy my stuff from great white and it's always top notch. I also dont believe adex will help with pre-existing gyno. He should be running ralox and letro

very little sides if you run a cycle like:
200 test per week
400 tren per week

it will elevate your blood pressure a bit.
it will mess with your lipids a bit
it will recomp you better than any other steroid
it will affect your cardio even at 400

okay..first of all, i never said test doesn't aromatize. here's my experience: I can run 2g's test no AI with negligible estro sides. Take 25mg's dbol and my nipples will be itching 2 hours later.

Have you tried cutting with test only? Its not much different than cutting natty. If you're gonna cut, add a cutting compound like winny, tren , or nand.

It's was a legitimate question. I'm simply asking because younger members may assume you had no discernible sides and an AI is unnecessary. It's entirely possible to have elevated estrogen and be asymptomatic. I've treated several men, young and old, with estrogen levels above 400 and they were asymptomatic. Their hematocrit, hemoglobin, PSA, and lipids were dangerously out of range and at risk for peripheral artery disease, thromboemboli, prostate disease and others.

A simple question and you get your panties in a knot. Guess I shouldn't expect much more from a kid running his mouth.

Your time here is limited and you know it.

You're not telling anyone here who knows things anything they don't know....the only thing you're doing is throwing a greased up ladder to people who need one, you're the kid from Home Alone, except he was hurting bad guys you're potentially hurting kids who don't know better....this site advises SAFE STEROID use , most of the big guys, experienced users run or ran much less safe cycles, but NOT UNTIL THEY HAD A BASE OF KNOWLEDGE AND A BASE TO BUILD THEIR BODY....you're not rescuing the form, ass, you're endangering it's less knowledgeable users....

He just got out of jail and is not in shape. You would think the one place where this lazy arse had plenty of time to work out even with just body weight exercises and he chose to do nothing.
