Kelkel help please, just got my liquidex

My liquidex just arrived. Not from ar-r but its 1mg per mil, if u remember my e2 was high at 55, and im trying to bring it down to at least 15-20, keep it low and see how I feel. Ive been advised on another aussie forum to take 1mg ed for a week, then back it off to 0,25mg 2-3x per week. So far ive taken 1mg, feel a tad better anxiety has gone down by maybe 5 percent or so.

What do you recommend mate?

I know 1mg if high but im trying to drop it down almost 3x lol so I guess ive gotta crush it first then maintain on 0.25mg every few days. Now my problem is I cant have labs done for quite some time as I have no more pathology slips and cant have another blood test for at least 2 months when the doc lets me. Shit I know so gotta go by feel I guess and gauge.

Your protocol is solid. Yes you are not getting bw you have no choice but to go with how you feel. I would do 1ml eod.

Sorry mate, didn't mean to offend anyone, my apologies. This isn't for my cycle, my e2 spikes 2 days after I inject only 125mg of test to 55. So im trying to bring that down to around 15-20.
This is my trt/cruise protocol, yes im on TRT by the doc and I use this to cruise between cycles, no pct for me just return to this, but gotta get e2 under control first. Im itching to jump back on cycle tho, but guess I gotta work this out first.

Ive cycled a few times before and never used an AI, but I awlays keep my test at my TRT and add in other compounds, but seems I need an AI on just 125mg of test.

Roger correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't your high reading due to a 250mg shot? I believe I suggested doing nothing until you have BW pulled under normal circumstances to see where you really land. Be aware that E2 can crash very easily and any long term use of that amount of adex will result in that.

Hey sorry mate, no my high reading of 55 was due to a 125mg shot, I took 250mg a week ago but haven't got the test for that. so it would be even higher than 55.

Im just trying to get my e2 down to around 20 or so hence why im taking 1mg, I just took another 1mg today, feeling a bit better and a tad more energetic but nothing to report yet, how should I dose now? I cant have BW done for a while yet. Should I just now go .25mg e3d?

Now that u mentioned crashing my e2 fast I wasn't thinking clearly, just wanted to rush into it. So far ive taken 2 1mg doses yesterday and today. How should I dose now? 0.25MG e3d? Or 0.5mg e3d? Im going to just have to play a guessing game and ill TRY and have bloods done in a month but doctors can reject you at there own will and ya cant do a thing about it.

At the very most I'd dose .25mg one day after each injection, assuming you can split your dose in half and inject twice per week. Then retest in 4 weeks. No fasting needed. If your doc won't help use a private service.

Thanks mate, ill retest in 4 weeks. Unfortunatly, while im seeing this doctor im only allowed 1 shot per week. I got him down from 3 week shots to 1 week lol. So seeing as I can only do 1 shot per week of 125mg of test, how should I dose now? Should I just do mon/thu of 0.25mg or 0.5mg? Trying to get e2 down from 55 to say 20ish. See if that makes a difference.

You mean you have to go to his office for injections?

I'd only do .25 the day after injection and ride it out and retest. You'll be surprised how effective it is. Maybe throw in some DIM, Zinc and Copper as well.

Unfortunatly yes, Trt docs are VERY hard to come by in Australia and most either put u on reandron every 12 weeks and don't care if ur levels come in low and are asked to change the schedule or put you on gels and HCG is rarely prescribed at all as well as AIs, Really is an uneducated country when it comes to TRT. Hell for the heck of it I asked a random doctor if steroids can cause males fertility issues and he said not at all LMAO. wHAT A JOKE.

OK so only 0.25mg the day after the injection? You sure this is enough. Hell I don't know why I was recommended then to do 1mg ed for 7 days then kick it back to 0.25mg every few days to maintain my e2 in check.

Your E is not that high in reality so don't panic or take drastic action that could then put you at the opposite extreme. Yes, I feel that amount could easily crash your E. It really sucks to crash your E. Lot's of guys here can tell you that. It's your call what you do but small, incremental changes are best and before you test again you need to be stable with it.

20-30 is the recommended range per the Life Extension Foundation and it's with a Sensitive Assay, specific to males. Those numbers are guidelines and should be based on how you feel as well. I feel best in the low 30's but can't maintain it.

Thanks a lot for your help man appreciate it , yeh just trying to find a protocol without having bloodwork done,ill try and get BW done but atm juts need a dosing protocol I shall try the 0.25mg after injection. Cheers
