Milk thistle is nearly useless. NAC is by far the best bang for your buck.

Yes, sorry, should've said I currently take milk thistle. Wanted to see if there are other, more effective options. Thanks

Yeah, been taking milk thistle and liver enzymes have not dropped one bit. NAC is N-Acetyl Cysteine, right? Thanks

NAC dropped my AST and ALT levels. I take 600mg at breakfast and lunch. On cycle, take 1800mg daily.

Correct. You should be taking 2400 mg daily. It will help immensely.

I run 1200mg daily for injectables (just as a general health outcome) and 2400mg qd, po when cycles include an oral anabolic .

Benefits of milk thistle are exaggerated.

Ursodiol is another good compound but with NAC so easy to obtain, that's what I would recommend.

Where can you get NAC at? My liver enzymes have been high for over a year and I can't seem to get them down

I took milk thistle & Liv52 & for years & my blood tests were still always high. I started taking Tudca 8 months ago & my last 2 blood tests in the normal range for the 1st time in 5 years.
