When can I start my next cycle?

Hello,

I finished a 16 week cycle of test on at the end of November and started taking nolvadex 10 days after in the beginning of December. It has been 4 weeks since my last intake of Nolvadex with a total of 8 weeks off since my last test shot. Is it safe to go ahead and start my next cycle (which is test-e and deca)? I'm getting erections regularly and my sex drive is fine. Iv'e heard people say the length you were on cycle is the time you take off and I heard people say 4 weeks after PCT is fine. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Time on + Pct at least 20 weeks

Each individual differs in their ability to recover after a cycle. The Time off = Time on + PCT is just a rule of thumb. The real authority is the blood work results.
