Question off aas,but gyno keeps repeating

    hey guys

have been off gear now for more than a year and have had one episode of gyno..and now starting another one

last one was may 2013 when I jumped from a bulk diet to a high fat diet and got gyno..high fat may have triggered a testosterone response and high circulating estro from bulk diet could have caused the gyno..

in my previous gynos, before may 2013 I used arimidex and letro..but felt can use something better..
so I used ralox and aromasin and cleared it off with low sides(except, hair started thinning)..

now have two small dots on the left nipple, upper side(strange, since I get it under my nipples normally)..could there be an underlying issue because I develop these gynos out of nowhere and mostly when I don't workout for a long period..

can anyone give me insight on what maybe causing this non aas induced gynos and the way forward..don't want to reduce estrogen at this stage because it recedes my hairline..planning on doing nolva 40mgs/ed and see how it goes..is it ok?

no exercise, caffeine and fat gain has contributed to this gyno,I guess..is there anything which I should add to my blood work..do they have tests for aromatase enzyme

If there was excess your estrogen would be elevated
