    need pct advice

    Gonna start my first test 500 cycle and i know i need my pct in line before i start cycle... and is
    ar-r really the best place for research chems or just recommended bc they're a sponsor?

    read the pct stickys. Once you have your pct and cycle planned post it up here for review

    Test e 250 twice a wk for 12 wk

    40/40/20/10 ed of nolva for pct starting 2 weeks after last inj. sound good? Do i need AI for pct or should i have it just in case?

    Use the AI on cycle, use clomid and nolva for the smoothest possible recovery
    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    yes, 0.25-0.5mg dex eod IMO or 0.25mg e3d letro

    I used arr for a long time, before I was a member here. no complaints.
    I rec a Clomid/Tamox combo pct.

    Thanks for the advice... I'm now gonna go slap my source for his HORRIBLE advice!! Glad i actually did some research instead of starting like he said i should
