HELP- Think I have ANOTHER infection.

OK, now I'm freaking out.... I had a double infection a few weeks back when injecting into my delts. I was on a cycle using Hulk gear. It ended in Accute Cellulitis and antibiotics cleared it up with a week. Fast forward to yesterday and I'm now using Pharm-grade prescription gear for TRT. I switched from IM injections to Sub-Q after the infection and stopping my blast.

I injected yesterday morning and while I was injecting the oil it was burning pretty badly going into my body. Right afterwards it was burning pretty bad and continued for the rest of the day. You can feel the bump where the oil is which is fairly normal in my experience. Now today it's red, warm to the touch etc. I outlined the area 6 hours ago and the redness is spreading so I'm assuming infection. Going to my Dr. in the AM to see for sure.

Anyways, what could be causing this? The only variable I've had has been the needle tips. I'm super careful and sterile when I inject. I shower first, then use alcohol on the area being injected and on top of the vial. (I use 2 separate wipes) Then, I use one needle tip to draw and a new one to inject. Is it possible to have non-sterile needle tips? These are new tips that I just started using and this is the only same variable in this problem. Is it possible that these needles are somehow contaminated or do you think it's something else???

So frustrated and confused. Please help!!!!

Fairly often, no sooner than 1 week would I inject in the same spot. I just think it's weird that it hurt as soon as I injected.

I think he means the needle itself. Switching them out between draw and inject.
So what the common denominator here?
I want to throw out this maybe an allergic reaction to the oil. Question what was the oil in both the hulk gear and the pharm grade.
Did the pharmacy grade gear actually come from a pharmacy do you know exactly the route it traveled to you and how many handled it.
Is it all from the same source?
Maybe we can get to the bottom of this. In all my years I've had only one infection from injections and I know exactly why it happened in retrospect.

I've NEVER had any problems in the past 14 months until this month. The only thing that I changed since starting to get these infections was using a different needle tip.

The prescription ship directly from the pharmacy to my house so nobody else touches it. The oil used is sesame oil which has always been. Not sure what Hulk uses but I could find out.

Right but that still doesn't mean it's sterile

The first 2 infections came from a vial of UGL gear and the 3rd injection is from a Pharmacy. The variable has to be something else?

It sounds like you're just hitting a bad spot in the muscle. Some spots are much more sensitive and prone to sterile abscess than others. If there is no infection, it should clear up in about 5 days.

I'm thinking it's not an infection because the redness hasn't spread any since last night and is getting lighter in color. I'm guessing just some type of irritation that should clear up. Thanks for all your help and I will update if things get worse.
