    Any recommendations on supplements to take to lower cholesterol while on cycle?

    natural stuff you can try is
    -artichoke leaf extract
    -fish oil
    -flax seed
    -garlic supplement

    Prescription would be something like Crestor or Lipitor

    500mg Niacin daily while in cycle. You can find it at your local drug store in the vitamin area.

    What AI are you taking ? Armidex is murder on your lipid profile. Stane doesn't effect it negatively. 200 on adex two weeks after switching to stane 159.

    Red yeast rice? Thought that was for high blood pressure not cholesterol....

    Fish oil will only lower triglycerides and will have very little if any impact on your LDL or HDL. Supplementing with resveratrol may boost your HDL towards mid range-normal levels.
