    Blast and Cruise

    How many of you blast and cruise? And what age did you start? I'm strongly considering it. Just like anything else, I've gotten many responses favoring it and others not so much. I've done 1 PH cycle, and I'm on my 4th cycle right now (3rd injectable). I'm 21 years old. Lately cycling just seems like a not so effective process. Constant fluctuating hormones and shrinking and getting bigger, shrinking, getting bigger.

    Yeah I figured I'd get that response first. I guess I shouldn't yet. I know I will eventually. What difference does it make if I were to do it at 21 instead of say 25?

    Difference is you'd have a more fully developed HPTA.

    B & C is ridiculous unless you're making money from the sport or competing at a high level. Otherwise it simply indicates your afraid to train without it. Don't fall into that trap, especially at your age.

    If you're not making progress from a cycle then you must look at training and/or nutrition as the causative factor.

    Ask us the question in another 30 years when your sick and tired of pinning yourself or rubbing gel on your body just to feel anywhere normal.

    Don't abuse this stuff. You WILL regret it in 30 years - likely sooner.

    Yeah you guys are right. And I'm not making money...yet. But I compete at a pretty high level. National stage within the NPC. And I'm definitely making progress by cycling. Never said I wasnt. Each one I look a little bit better and better and bigger and bigger. But I'd imagine it'd be even better blasting and cruising but it's not really worth the risk.

    Most young guys look at trt like its a license to buy steroids for the rest of their life. They have no idea what its like to depend on medication forever.

    If you were in your 30's my answer would be different. If your 21 and REALLY competing on a Nat stage, that's impressive.

    It really doesnt sound too bad though. I looked it up. Apparently you pin yourself once every like 2-3 weeks. Thats nothing. But yeah I still wouldnt want to have to rely on it but if it came to that it'd be no big deal.

    Thanks. Yeah I'm 21 and competing on Nat level but I'll admit it, its physique not bodybuilding so....

    Either way you're doing something competitive which is more than most, so congrats. When it comes to TRT it's not every 2-3 weeks. It's every week at a minimum and more often than not twice per week for test then 2-3 for hcg. Then estrogen control is another issue for many. It gets old, fast.

    Yeah that could get annoying. Well you guys convinced me. I'll stick with cycling. One of my buddies is getting kinda big in the fitness industry and has gotten close with some of the top models in the industry and they talked cycles and the model, obviously not going to say who, says he doesn't even stay on year round. He runs two 10 week cycles every year and every time its the same thing to maintain that same look and hes been doing it for 8 years. I was shocked to hear that not even hes on year round. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

    Always remember that nutrition is the most anabolic thing out there, hands down. Be consistent with what you do and you'll be just fine. Patience.

    Shrinking, getting bigger....? Yeah prob cuz you don't eat right! 4th cycle and you're only 21!? You're ??cked!!!!!

    I'd think you guys would know exactly what I mean. No matter how good your pct is, no matter how much you eat, how intense you train, you're not going to look the same off cycle as you do on. Thats what I meant. And yes I eat very very well and plenty.

    I'm 5'10 and currently about 212, and about 12% probably. Usually compete at like 182-183, but I put on a good amount of size last cycle and I'm way stronger so I think I could probably come in about 5 pounds heavier and leaner. I might throw up a pic but I just dont want to be recognized.

    Edit: Heres a pic of me this past summer. Off cycle. In the low 180's here. Dont include the pic if you quote me because im going to take it down in a little

    Edit: I'm probably more than 12 now that i think about it. more like 14 most likely

    not 8. You look awesome and keep up the good work. Love that someone finally knows what bf % they actually are. Many have zero clue what it takes to look like you in the pics above.

    Thanks guys. Thats actually not a current pic though. Like I said, back in the summer. Someone asked for my stats so I thought Id just show a pic. I'm probably more like 14% right now. And just wanted to show you guys I am eating right since someone brought that up
