I would not have offered that as cycle, test is all you need plus the ancillaries.

What fit means is run your type of test plus your ai, hcg, and include a proper pct - your ancilliaries
I have been taking 1/2 arimidex eod no hcg I'm on test by dr anyway my test is 218 without shots
Okay my apologies I didn't realize you are on trt. What exactly are your goals? I don't have experience with some of those compounds but unless you're going into a comp, I don't see the need for mast or Stan but that's my opinion.

You shouldn't be using tren on your 2nd cycle
I'm a hard gainer unfortunately but I can work out 8 months and that's all I do then I have to work 3 months where I'm working 20hrs a day with no day off so basically I'm getting ready for 8 months so I can handle that 3
But in that 3 I lose almost what I gain in 8
So I'm trying to bulk up the first 3-5 moths and get as lean as possible the other 3 I don't get fat ANYWHERE except my belly

Tren is an advanced compound its not for a 2 nd cycle and also if you only train for 8 months. I really wouldn't shut myself down for zero results over 12 months and that's why your a hard gainer.

After and hr I feel hungry
If I eat a pizza or some other junk I'm good for 4-5 hrs sometimes 8-10 all depends if I get a chance to eat
And tdee is around 1700 but it's impossible to calculate accurately on these websites all showes different

So my tdee is 2533 and bmr 1768
So i should have got skinny on it but i did not i bulked up to 190
Then came my three months of work with pizza and junk food
And i got my belly back and lost 10lb
Op I can assure you if you eat better while working your long days, you'll feel better
. The reason when you eat healthy and feel hungry an hour later is because your body is going to metabolize and digest that better than pizza and chips, and you're probably not eating enough
Check out the nutrition section, there's more than enough recipes and tips. If time is your issue with work, then just advance your shakes, add a balance of macros to them. As jay already mentioned about your tdee, adjust and give it a try

Should I double my test for 12-16 weeks add dbol or tran(aldo they are advising against tran)and then go back to the normal 1cc a week?

As some of the vets have mentioned about tren you should probably listen, some people can handle it and some can't.
If you're wanting to add dbol in, weeks 1-4 at 30-50mg, adjust your adex if need be but you're already running .5 if I recall you stating.
You could increase your test to 2 pins a week at 200-250mg each for 12 weeks then back to trt protocol. Get more imput on it, don't just take my opinion, but I wouldn't add in tren and with hgh you need to run it for a very long time if it's actual hgh.

Ehm, you are a hardgainer And use only 200mg test for bulking... Tren And hgh wont make you any bigger. Not even mention winstrol... But you are the pro man... Anyways, I'd consider go high on test, to bulk first. Hgh, tren And whatever, its up to you. You are already lean by genetics...
