Thread: not sure if this is Muscle Cramp. HELP :D

    not sure if this is Muscle Cramp. HELP :D

    trying out 20mcg of Clen alone without Taurine or anything else for the 1st time,suppose to start by next week monday,today was just trying out

    everything was fine,here's the effect i got,
    100bpm resting heart rate,average 130bpm above while working out[no monitor,using beat tapping and music beat method]
    legs shake more than usual while doing 1 leg squat. not sure about hands,i got shaky hand even tho without clen.
    sweat more than usual
    slightly more energy,might be placebo tho
    not sure about body temperature,just got my thermometer after Clen,it was 37.5c 1hour after workout,and now already 4 hours after workout,temp is 36.8c . when will the body temperature back to normal after stop Clen?

    alright,back to the main problem,
    i was doing high intensive 6reps of bicep curl,and i got muscle cramp during 4th set. scared the chit out so i stop immediately and go do some treadmill instead,then calfs getting muscle cramp too after 2min of 6kmh running. stop all the workout and headed back home afterward.

    not sure if this is muscle cramp,this is the 1st time i feel this,it feel like the muscle is confusing whether i wan to extent or contract,when i extent my arm,it feel like something is dragging the muscle. it only hurt alittle but annoying as fuark,it gone after 2-3 minute tho.
    is this dangerous? what would happen if i continue my workout with muscle cramp? taurine should be arrive by next week.how about potassium? does 2 medium size of bananas daily enough?


    done 21sets total of exercise today,still feeling great with Clen tho.

    thanks for the quick reply have to admit i do slightly more sets and push more weigh than usual. usually i do about 15-18 sets,8reps for all exercises . but still feel like it's side effect from Clen since i never felt like this before.
