Question about side-effects of USE long term.

If possible I would like to get a better idea of all the side-effects and everything else that you should take in acoount before using AAS.
And also it would be nice if people could make a difference between less common, common and somewhat guarantueed side-effects.

I know there are so many variables, genetics, lifestyle, drugs and dosages but there are problems you can count on, right?

I am using moderate dosage of test and deca right now and the only noticeable side effects I have noticed is a little bit of water retention and my blood pressure is slightly elevated. Besides that I feel amazing and sex drive has doubled even while on dreaded deca lol.

^^^This. Summarize what you've read and then build questions around specific things you want more information about. Hormones regulated by your HTPA influence so many process in your body. Reading about the endocrine system you'd know that these hormones affect circadian rhythms, mood, appetite, digestion, lipid metabolism, immune system function, basal metabolic rate, cognition, sexual function, cardiac function, prostate function, and more. Changing the normal levels of hormones with steroids will impact all these systems to some degree. Just because someone doesn't "feel" a side effect doesn't mean it's not present. Hypercholesterolemia is a common side effect from steroids. You won't "feel" your bad cholesterol levels rising and your good cholesterol levels dropping but it most certainly is a serious side effect that can have severe implications for health.

Gauging side effects by what you see or feel is an incomplete assessment of health. People who have heart attacks often "feel" fine before a fatal event.
