I need help please

Ok first off I understand now what I did was completely wrong and I am learning from my mistakes. So no need for your comments on that nature. I would like help for my current problems and future to keep them away.

It started in July 2011 I was 6'2" at only 150lbs. I took Beastdrol for 6 weeks and gained 30 give or take lbs...from there I did pct and off cycle but only for four weeks. I then got onto test e, deka and anadrol . In that time I got up another 20lbs and stopped growing. I didn't off cycle I just kept switching gear. I took test prop and stayed on deka. I went off for maybe 4/5 weeks started again with test prop and kept it up. A buddy showed me Msten which was suppose to be like beastdrol but I got serious acne from it. That's mostly cleared up.
Theres more to it I also took tren 100 for 6 weeks....I had 0 gains from tren. I get over 6k calories everyday with 300 grams protein per day I eat healthy as well. I'm spending this money I'm not going to waste it but I did. Well after not gaining from tren I did research and talked to a few people they say my receptors are prob all used up and need to stay off for awhile.
I have developed a lip Gyno and when squeezed it does come out. I started exemestane a few days ago. Is this all I need and how long will it take to work? Helpful advice is welcome. Please no assholes....I realized I ****ed up. Thank u

Yeah i would concentrate on diet and training, ive found nolva works extremely well for me when gyno becomes an issue....
