    What were the results of your first cycle? Also are you certain on your bf%? 6 to 8% is pretty lean, are you naturally lean?

    I was also aro 155lbs when I started and got to 170

    What you run will not matter if your diet is not in check, and not just on cycle but off cycle as well. I hate to say it but tea and muffins isn't gonna cut it. As far as the other foods go, the correct quantity at the correct time. You need to figure out your TDEE and then adjust for bulking, then calculate what percentage of carbs, fats and protein you need. You were 155 lbs when you started your first cycle and are now 160? So you lost essentially everything you gained except for 5 lbs. It all starts with diet, gains are made in the kitchen not in a needle.

    Your first question is irrelevant if you don't know how to eat to properly build muscle. A muffin in the morning and you just naming off foods rather then listing at least a calorie range leads me to believe you are just eating willy nilly without any type of clue how much calories you're intaking.

    I know it's not what you want to hear because it's not what anybody wants to hear when they come to these forums but go to the nutrition section. Learn to build a diet with total listed calories and macros. You should learn how to do this anyways for starters if you're at all interested in bodybuilding or improving your physique.
