Exemestane and DIM or just one or the other?

First of all I would like to say the information on here is definitely some of the most informative and well structured I have read! I am a newbie for sure but trying to learn all I can. I made the error that a lot of others evidently have done as well. I received my Test c in the mail and upon the advice of someone who turned out not to know much began injecting 1ml of test c (10/250) twice a week with nothing else. I have low t and after further reading have changed to .5ml 2x a week. I am a little confused on whether people use AI's like say Exemestane 25mg/day with DIM or would DIM alone be effective for me? I definitely noticed the effects of too much estrogen. My breast have swollen with loss of my newly found libido and several of the other side effects that I read in Augustine's incredible posts. I lost much of the initial improvement I had definitely noticed. I am 5'10 and currently weigh 235 down from the 282 I started with before making initial diet changes.I have planned to buy DIM and start those asap. DO I need to order Exemestane as well? Any help is much appreciated. Sorry if I have asked something that is explained elsewhere but there is definitelya LOT of info to learn and understand. Many thanks

No need for DIM on cycle. It won't help much. Adex or Asin is plenty.

You replied no need for DIM on cycle. I may still be incorrect, but I thought that the dose of 125 2x a week was a good dose for trt? I have looked where I "shop" and Anastrozole isn't too expensive until you add in the very pricey shipping. Am I missing the reference you made about Adex or Asin? Do the site sponsors carry these? I would rather not wait the 1 month shipping time that my source takes. I hope this wasn't an inappropriate reference about the only source I have found so far. Suggestions appreciated. I haven't made 50 posts quite yet so I can't pm yet.
I am going to order: the chromium/ECGC/Synephrine you posted about and look forward to losing more weight.

Yes, but this is not the TRT section so I assumed you are speaking of cycling. Adex and Asin is Arimidex and Aromasin. Yes, the sponsor ar-r carries both.

Was just wondering your success on it. Im planning a test/tren/npp cycle and i have 2 options, 25 mg aromasin ed, or 12.5 mg aromasin ed and DIM. Would also be running prami. I work at a supp store so i get dim very cheap thats why i was asking

Not many companies make decent/acceptable DIM. I can only think of 2, and I've used many. Personally, if it's not LEF or NuMedica, I wouldn't trust it.

For TRT it works great. For cycling, it's a waste of time and money.

I don't mean to sound rude, but if it works great for TRT, this must mean it definitely has an effect on estro, would this effect still not take place even if one is blasting? hence, lower dose of AI mixed with DIM? Thanks for your help!
