Second cyc being treated as first.
Well guys/girls, I'm ready for my sec cyc but treating it as my first! First time around I followed the typically "bro-science" of just take this and this and that and you'll get huge! Well, I was very uneducated and misled in the aas world and had no business playing on such a slippery slope prior to being more educated. I Didn't know what a pct or AI even was! been off 1yr solid and doing lots of homework in between then and now. I'm in hopes to have things right this time! I'm also not 20 so I should've known better!!....
Quick, I'm 32. been lifting for yrs. Did lots of powerlifting at a young age for comp and transitioned towards body building the older I got. Now I have maintained a toned cut, lean shape which I'd like to bulk up a bit! I have been working on becoming a cpt and studying nutritional science.
currently 155lbs clean. 5'5". Target weight is 170. BF 8%
I have worked w fellow trainers-nutritionists. I also have a thyroid issue. I Have discussed my tdee and current intake etc. diet is in check and has been but, I need to take in additional calories bulking phase vs running so lean once on.
Current cyc plan: 12wks
Week 1 to 12: Test e 250mg every 3.5 days (500mg/wk total) OR
250mg eod (750mg/wk total)
Armidex .25mg eod (From day 2 up until PCT starts)
OR
Armidex 1mg eod
OR
Aromasin 12.5mg eod
23ga x 1" 3ml syr
Start pct 14 days after last test pin. continue taking AI during those 2wks.
PCT:
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Also thinking of adding deca 200. 3x's wk 600mg/week)
If yes, change pct time accordingly (18days)
