    First cycle help

Hey guys I'm going to do my first cycle, just unsure on a few things any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm 31yr old 185cm 88kg been training 2 years. I have some decca duro and was thinking of stacking it with sust 250. Would it be good to start with dbol 30mg a day for 4 weeks? When should I then start decca and sus? Was thinking of having anavar at the end. How long do I take each for and how much? On cycle support and pct? Also is decca good for joint injury, as I have a rotator cuff injury? Thank you

Sounds like you're unsure of a lot of things. Read this and then post up a full plan for critique. Include your bodyfat % too.

Back in black I do have an idea on a the whole thing mate but instead of posting everything I'm thinking of, I'd rather just ask other opinions and compare it myself. Less confusion that way

Best thing he can do for himself is create an account, log on, and start reading. If he needed a doctor, would you tell him to go see one or try to triage him yourself based on a conversation with your doctor?

Hormone manipulation is not child's play. The hormones in our body regulate so many functions. If he's serious about cycling, then he needs to take ownership of educating himself and not getting someone to do it for him. That's being lazy.

Depending on the extent of the rotator cuff injury, you may end up making it worse. With AAS you will see a rapid increase in strength, you (or your friend) may be pushing the injury to the limit or worse.

Well it would have been just as easy to say that than say I'm 31. Just saying honesty goes a long way here.

Yeah a lot wrong here way too many compounds for a first cycle and existing rotator cuff injury is a dangerous thing to cycle with.

If you do some research you can look at other people's previous cycles and compare them to yours. Your more than likely to get better feedback by posting your complete cycle plan and PCT and have it critiqued than have everyone post up what you should do. If you show that you've done your research. You will get better responses

Getting a little too upset researching info for a friend.
Have your friend read the stickies. Tell him we don't spoon feed people here. If your friend does the research and has specific questions or thoughts everyone will help him without reserve.

^^^What's with these guys and their frail egos lately?!! Are they used to hearing everything they want to hear? If people can't take criticism and disappointment, they need a reality check.

It's happening a lot lately. They only want to hear what they want to hear and nothing less. We didn't ask them to come here. They chose to on their own.

Well, given that many falsely believe steroids will usurp the need for a disciplined diet and training routine and get you to your goals faster, perhaps it shouldn't come as a surprise. I don't understand why they get so annoyed. If they don't hear what they want to hear, they can always try another inferior board.
