    How do you time a cuting phase

    If ones on cycle for 12 weeks with 2 weeks pct. and off time for 3.5 months when is it okay to go on a cut and not risk losing any gains made. I hope that makes sense. I think it's pretty obvious that you don't wanna start a cut after pct. you won't keep any of the gains. So when is it safe.

    Err I think if I am not mistaken it would probably be 6 months later before you do another gear cycle whether it be cutting or bulking

    cut when u wanna lose fat, there is no safe time.. when people wanna be safe (anti catabolic) they run like test and clen while they cut so they don't lose muscle but gain it

    Depends on your goal , and peoples goals differ .

    Cutting can also vary some cut for a month , some cut for longer , depends how much bf% you want to loose.

    You can cycle , eat properly and gain minamal fat .

    While on cycle you can also add compounds like t3 to loose fat

    So, for lack of better words, the "safest" time to cut would be during my next cycle? Provided diet is on point and I throw cardio in with a good routine.
    So definitely don't cut until at least enough time has passed and I'm ready to cycle if I so chose?
    I don't really know if those were questions or statements. Maybe just rambling. Thanks for the replies.

    Your gains are more or less solidified when your natural test production returns to 100% of pre cycle levels, which you would need bloodwork to determine. If you wanna cut naturally after a cycle just wait until your natty levels are back up. If you wanna cut while using anabolics follow the time on=time off rule.

    Alternating between bulking and cutting cycles is rather counterproductive though.
