    Geared up for my first cycle. Please Advise!

    My name is Jay. I'm new here. I'm looking for guidance and experienced input.

    33yr old, 5'11" 185 pnd Male, 16% Bodyfat, Training for 1yr
    I have been bulking for 4 weeks. I am a professional Chef so my diet is on point! I EAT, TRAIN, WORK, SLEEP!! That's it!! I don't use alcohol, nicotine or any other drug. I consume all the necessary supplements. My diet is very clean. No dairy, No gluten, No processed foods, mostly organic, No added sugars or salts. (diet only, that doesn't include my supplements)

    I have all my gear. This is my planned cycle and pct.
    Please advise me before I start. Thank you!

    you have no business using tren your first cycle, you need bloodwork before you do this for baseline, you need nolva in addition to your pct, doesn't matter that you are a personal chief I see nowhere that you are counting macros at all so you eating "clean" doesn't matter.

    I count my macros, Im a professionally trained chef not a personal chef. I dont feel i need to include all that. We should all know how to train and count. I was asking for input on the cycle and pct. Thank you for the input. I will add the Nolva. Should I just drop the Tren ?? Anything that would better fit instead? Im not a Pro and that is why I am here asking.

    drop the tren and the dostinex, lower the Adex to .25mg EOD to start, add in HCG 2x 250iu/week, i would run it for 12 weeks not 8..

    and PCT should look like this:
    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/20/20/20

    Correct. If you experience headaches, blurred vision or dyspepsia (abdominal pain, bloating, etc) these are the most common hallmarks of clomid overdose. Adjust your clomid down to 75/50/50/50 or 50/25/25/25 as needed to resolve adverse events.

    That was my planned first cycle. Unfortunately 80% of the forums provide bad or unclear advice/research. I understand that having Tren in my first cycle is a NO NO! Thankfully this forum has more education and supporting members. I have read all the newbie threads and have well educated myself now.

    I am going with the basic first Test E cycle with Dbol . I am waiting on my blood panels now before I start. I will repost my exact cycle and pct shortly.

    Not necessary. Results take time. I don't personally believe in "jump starting". Eat hard, train harder and run your first basic cycle and let things fall into place.

    For your first cycle, most all educated members here would say yes. What's the rush to jump start it. Learn what test will do for you. You'll be amazed if your nutrition and training are on point.

    Second cycle, no problem.

    Tons of people run orals to start cycles, from a safe standpoint you should really wait to try anything besides just test, which is why you were advised to skip tren (especially tren e as ittakes a while to clean out/admonish sides). The reasons are that you want to know how you react to test, how to combat it's sides, as it should be in all cycles in the future at some dose (you'll see what that means as you research) and because you should see good enough gains from test that you won't need dbol .

    Tl;dr you're not wrong, just a bit safer to run just test for a first run

    Of course. I am not looking for overnight results. But, let's say I train and eat perfectly. Is dbol not going to help? I understand that Dbol gains don't last, if you don't follow up perfectly. I am aware. I dont plan on slowing up after my cycle just because I see results. This is not a fad for me.
    You said personally, so is Dbol "jump starting" viewed as opinions?

    Ok. I appreciate everyone's help and advice.
    I will drop the Dbol and just run the Test E for my first cycle. Let my body adjust and decide the second run from there.

    Does the rest of the cycle look right?
