I have been bulking for 4 weeks. I am a professional Chef so my diet is on point! I EAT, TRAIN, WORK, SLEEP!! That's it!! I don't use alcohol, nicotine or any other drug. I consume all the necessary supplements. My diet is very clean. No dairy, No gluten, No processed foods, mostly organic, No added sugars or salts. (diet only, that doesn't include my supplements)
