    Post First Cycle Advise Please !!

    Dear all

    My name is Alsharif Alhassan

    Currently weighting 98kg (216 pound) 192cm (6.22ft.) fats 11%

    This is my first ever cycle, currently in the 5th week and on the followings

    Veboldex Boldenone undecylenate (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 1cm)
    Cypionax 200mg testosterone cypionate (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 1 Ampule)
    Androlic Tablets (1 Everyday before practice)

    I workout a muscle/day along with a specific leg workout each day + 10min cardio for ex: (Monday: Bi+Tri, Squads, 10min treadmill)

    I rest every Friday and saturday and i dont take anything on these days except Whey.

    I am on a strict diet supporting them with some daily vitamins such as (Multi-vitamins, L-carentine, Vita-Zinc, Peopen Pure and Vitamin-C)

    • Meal 1 (8:00 AM):

    o Whey Protein + Water Multi-Vitamins

    • Meal 2 (11:00 AM):

    o 6 Egg Whites (1 Whole) + 4 Large Spoon of Oats with ½ Cup of skimmed Milk + 1 Banana + Small Spoon of Honey
    Vita-Zinc + Vitamin C + L-Carentine

    • Meal 3 (2:00 PM):

    o 4 Brown Toast + 1 Can Tuna + Any green + Orange Juice

    • Meal 4 (5:00 PM) – Pre-Workout:

    o 2 Large Potato or Yam + 2 Breasts of Turkey
    Vita-Zinc + Vitamin C + L-Carentine

    • Meal 5 (8:00 PM) – Post-Workout:

    o (Right After) 1 Large Yam
    o (30 Min After) Whey Protein

    • Meal 6 (12:00 AM):

    o Brown Pasta (100g) + Veggies + Meat (300g)
    Vita-Zinc + Vitamin C + L-Carentine
    + Pepon Pure


    I only take one free meal/week (Friday mid-day)

    MY QUESTIONS::::

    My weak muscle is my Chest, therefore i practice twice/week and on the days on injections, I workout as follow:

    Sunday: -15deg (Decline), 0 (Flat), 15deg, 30deg(Incline) Dumbbell bench press (Heavy dumbbells) + Dumbbell flyes with the same degrees

    Reps: 8 Sets: 4

    Thursday: Cables (High, Medium, Low) + Chest Press Machine (High + Low) + Butterflies

    Reps: 8 Sets: 4

    I am still not getting the chest thickness i want nor the 3D shape but i have to admit there is a difference in the size. what should i do?

    2nd Question:

    Is there any advise anyone would like to give with all those previous information i have provided you guys with?!

    How much eq, test and adrol are you planning on running per week? All I saw was the vial amounts, what about and AI or PCT or HCG?

    Also visit the nutrition section, per your stats your a big dude, that's barely enough food to maintain your current weight, let along grow. Your post work out meal is missing dextrose which is essential in aiding with protein synthesis. post post work out meal is four hours later as well. Again, check out the diet sticky's.

    per injection i take 1cm of boldenone and the whole vile of cyponix which is 2cm/day which makes it 3cm of boldenone and 6cm of cyponix/week

    I didn't plan any AI or PCT or HCG that's why i need advise and thank you for reminding me to ask about that.

    From the research and from my buddies who are very good sources and have already experienced the same cycle, i am suppose to go on those for another month (8 weeks in total) and start taking other stuff for shredding.

    I guess what I was asking is how many milligrams of each compound are you injecting per week.

    This sounds like a disaster waiting to happen do you even know how much of each drug you are injecting?

    Yes but i am having trouble explaining to you guys.. i am currently intaking per week 750mg of boldenone and 600mg of cyponix (I am not sure if that makes any sense like this)

    I also bought novaldex to help with the estrogen but i need tips on the dosage and how to use it

    You use an aromatase inhibitor to manage the aromatization of testosterone to estrogen. Nolvadex is a SERM, not an AI and is used for your PCT.

    You should have all this worked out BEFORE you took anything.

    What do you advise me to do now?

    I am a beginner and currently working out with people who understands in steroids and been there before but i'm trying to enhance my knowledge by asking you guys. therefore i need some advises to do now

    A lot of good advice ready offered by very knowledgable members. As a first cycle, you should run testosterone by itself.

    500mg/wk - 250 x2 a week will suffice. 12 wks max.
    Start an AI immediately!!!!
    (Adex, .25mg EOD OR aromasin 12.5mg ED)
    HCG 250iu x2 per week
    PCT: nolva 40/20/20/20 AND clomid 75/50/50/50

    As King said above, have your nutrition checked. What are your current daily calories? What is your TDEE? The answers to those questions are far more significant than your steroids.

    My calorie intake/day is 2700 KCal

    And thank you for the AI advice ! i will buy the things needed along with HCG.

    Please put in consideration that i was only 92kg before i started and i gained 6kg during the last 4 weeks.

    have you got any advices as well on my chest workout to enhance it ?

    Your TDEE is closer to 2900 cals per day so you aren't eating enough. The gains experienced so far are water and will disappear off cycle unless you starting eating beyond your TDEE.

    Yes, as King said above, visit the nutrition section for input on your diet. You'll have better and more sustainable gains if you improve your nutrition.
