Hey everyone, I have stalked the site for years and waited for even more years to start my first cycle. I am 30 yrs old, about 5'10 and 185 lbs. I have been lifting pretty consistent for 2 yrs with about 10 yrs more on than off. I feel that I have my diet down pretty well although I do find excuses to eat out more than I should. I feel pretty good about knowing what to eat and have that down pretty well. I eat about 2800-3200 calories per day and usually take in approx 220-250 G protein. To be 100% honest I don't track my carbs or fat but I am cautious about types and amounts I take of each. My body fat is about15% and I have just started my first cycle of test c at 500 per week and eq at 400. I just started last night and front loaded the Test C, taking 500 mg to start it off, along with 30 mg dbol per day for the first 4 weeks. I guess I would just like opinions as to wether this is a good first cycle and some advice to get me through it as successful as possible. I am a little self conscious about my body fat, I feel very fit except for body fat right around my waist so I just want to be somewhat cautious of that throughout my cycle. I will be using nolvadex and clomid post cycle, is this sufficient? Any advice and suggestions appreciated. Can post pics as well...
