    First cycle-TestC, EQ

    Hey everyone, I have stalked the site for years and waited for even more years to start my first cycle. I am 30 yrs old, about 5'10 and 185 lbs. I have been lifting pretty consistent for 2 yrs with about 10 yrs more on than off. I feel that I have my diet down pretty well although I do find excuses to eat out more than I should. I feel pretty good about knowing what to eat and have that down pretty well. I eat about 2800-3200 calories per day and usually take in approx 220-250 G protein. To be 100% honest I don't track my carbs or fat but I am cautious about types and amounts I take of each. My body fat is about15% and I have just started my first cycle of test c at 500 per week and eq at 400. I just started last night and front loaded the Test C, taking 500 mg to start it off, along with 30 mg dbol per day for the first 4 weeks. I guess I would just like opinions as to wether this is a good first cycle and some advice to get me through it as successful as possible. I am a little self conscious about my body fat, I feel very fit except for body fat right around my waist so I just want to be somewhat cautious of that throughout my cycle. I will be using nolvadex and clomid post cycle, is this sufficient? Any advice and suggestions appreciated. Can post pics as well...

    First cycle? Your very first?

    You need to read first and educate yourself a bit more.

    Drop the Dbol and the EQ. Do you have blood tests? How will you know your baseline to start?

    Generally a single test-ester is all you needed for the first cycle. Prevailing thought is that it's better to see how you respond to one compound and what adverse effects occur (hypercholesterolemia hyperlipidemia, hypertension, alopecia, rising Hg or hematocrit, etc) before adding more compounds and complexity to a cycle.

    Are you using an AI and HCG ? What's your plans for PCT?

    Diet is EVERYTHING. I strongly recommend you post your nutrition plan in the nutrition subforum to confirm its built for success.

    Why EQ????

    Wow, thank you so much for recommending I read that. I definitely feel much more knowledgeable but I know I still have much to learn. After reading everyone's comments I am re thinking my entire cycle. Most of my info prior to this came from people I know and I relied on and trusted their opinions but in reality I should have started studying and reading on my own much more. To be 100% honest I feel like I have the dieting under control. I eat very clean and feel that I am in a good situation with that and my workouts. Like I said my bodyfat is about 15%, today it was 14.6% and I think that is a pretty good place to start. As far as the steroids though I see that I should not jump in without doing more research and hearing trusted opinions. After reading up more and hearing your guys comments I think I am going to drop the EQ. To be honest I can't even tell you why I am taking it other than it was suggested by a buddy of mine that has more or less walked me through this. As I said, I started last night but I see no problem with dropping the EQ??? I was originally just going to go with the Nolvadex and Clomid but I think it would be very smart to add the hcg, which I have access to. So I guess my next question is what are your opinions on the Test C rather than E? Is that still an ok place to start? And also as far as the Dbol , I would like to continue taking that but if there is a strong opinion to bag that as well then I would like to hear yes or no as to whether that will have a big effect one way or another. I will also post in the nutrition section exactly what I am eating.

    If you have sides how will you know where they are from? Test or Dbol ? Test will be a staple to most cycles. You need to know how your body handles and reacts to it. hCG is during cycle, not post. Test alone will yield desired results with proper nutrition and training. What are you dosing the Test C at?

    Yeah, I can see that. I am going to listen to your advice and just stick with the Test C. I am running 250 twice per week. And I know that about the HCG , I am starting that Saturday.

    Once you manage your first Test cycle successfully, use the Dbol for your second cycle. Your fine at 250 twice a week. EAT HARD! TRAIN HARDER!

    You also need an AI. Adex at .25mg EOD
