    letro until stane comes in

    Can i use small amounts of letro until stane comes in as an AI?

    It's not ideal. How long are you waiting for the stane? If you're in a pinch, yes, but it takes very little to crash your E2 with Femara, it's more hepatotoxic than the other AIs and its also a lot harder on lipid metabolism.

    Keep the dose as low as possible.

    Sounds like someone didn't plane their cycle. Shame shame!
