    Combating Lethargy

I am sure everyone has had their fair share of lethary taking PH/DS/AAS. So my question to you is what do you use to combat lethargy?

I use coffee, but try to keep the stims down for bp.

Are you currently cycling? If so, what? When was your last cycle?

Before popping more pills etc., it would be ideal to identify the etiology of your fatigue/lethargy and somnolence.

Lot of people disregard diet as a cause. Have a professional critique it. But if you're putting all sorts of drugs in your body, it is to be expected. Get blood work to see what related hormone has gone out of whack.

Blood work as suggested if someone is experiencing fatigue and other symptoms. Diet may be a causal driver as may be the case with hormones. Best to identify cause and not mask it.

Blood work would still be a good idea.

I try not to use many thing that make me feel that way. With most people I work with closely
it usually dosage related. Keep your dosages down with the items that make you feel this way
    or just avoid those entirely.
