I'm getting back into training. I've trained for the better part of 10 years and have done 5-7 cycles as a conservative estimate. How long should I train before I consider cycling anything? Thx for any info.

If you ran 5-7 cycles then you should know when you are ready.
OK. Thanks for the replies. I always used recommendations from more experienced body builders, hence the newbie question. Now I'm doing it the proper way and trying to educate myself. Unfortunately there will be more, "SHOULD ALREADY KNOW" questions
