I have been wanting to run a cycle for a few years now and have finally decided 2014 is the year. As this will be my first cycle I am quite cautious and want to make sure I am doing this right.
Age: 27
Hight: 1.86m
Weight: 94kgs
BodyFat: 14%
After doing extensive research and speaking to people currently in the BobyBuilding industry I have come up with the following:
1. It is very important to prep ie: Detox, Diet and drink liver pills at least 2 weeks prior to cycle
2. Continue with strict diet, liver pills and vitamins throughout cycle
3. Best not to stack when doing your first cycle
4. Check in with the doc prior to cycle and at least every 4 weeks during cycle
So I was thinking of doing the following:
600mg Test a week - 200mg every second - third day for 12 weeks (Mon - Wed - Sat)
25mg Dbols a day for 5 weeks drinking 10mg in the morning and 15mg prior to gym in the evening (if that matters)
Not sure what pct would be best, would appreciate your help. And when do I start and for how long?
Would also like to know how important it is to use the normal over the counter supplements such as Creatine, Pre and Post workout, BCAA's etc.
What gains can I expect?
