    Test only FIRST CYCLE

Hi this is my first post on this forum so let me know if I left out anything.

    I’m 21 y/male and I’ve been lifting for 4(1/2) years. 5’8 -155lbs – 12%fat
I lift 4-5 day a week and soccer 2 days a week. Got my diet in check and all but the gains just stopped. So I’m thinking about a 8-week TEST ONLY cycle and it goes something like this.

Test cyp 400mg every week 1-8
    Novadex (If gyno symptoms appear)
    Triptorellin for PCT
(something like 1mcg after my cycle ends and another 100mgc 3 weeks later)

What's your TDEE and daily caloric intake. Gains stop because you aren't eating enough. It's no different with or without gear. Lack of enough food means no growth.

You aren't going to find a lot of encouragement here cycling at 21.

5'8" and 155 lbs you need to learn how to eat first and foremost. AAS is not necessary or prudent at your age.

x3^ You are small for your body weight, and I am not talking body building standards. You have a lot of room to grow muscle naturally and a lot of time while your body is also growing naturally.
