Starting Stats: 179lbs, 27yr, 9%bf, calories 3000+, Diet Clean, High Protein, Medium Carbs, High Fats, Train 5-6 wk, Cycle history before this 0, 1 Prohormone Cycle (worse thing I ever did).
I know most people frown upon var only cycles but the results are amazing. Double guessing myself to still run the Prop with Var.
So I was going to run my cycle like this:
wk 1-10 60mg Var
wk 3-10 400mg Test Prop
Also running AI, Hcg and the PCT Brothers (Nolvadex & Clomid)
But the results are turning out much better then I was expecting:
Started Jan 30 60mg var
Feb 5- 183.5lbs 9%bf
Feb 12- 186lbs 9%bf
Feb 18- 188.4lbs 8%bf
Good & Bad Effects: Strong as hell, Vascular, Feel really cocky, Shoulders and Arms getting much bigger, Shredding up.... Farts smell horrible, Gas all the time, Stomach has a little bloat to it
Now I know that the var is going to mess with my test if I run var only cycle longer then 8 weeks(or even less). Also I understand that these gain are going to hit a plateau(Should I start the PCT when I feel like this is happen?). I read on this forum "that your body can only grow some much on each cycle": so if I gain 15lbs on Var only can I gain 30lbs on the var/prop cycle? I feel like just doing a var only cycle at this point maybe a little more beneficial. But I don't know(thats why I am asking you guys). Should I still run the Prop or leave it for my 2nd cycle? at 400mg or 500mg? Thanks guys
