CNS BURNOUT (Extreme overtraining) - Need yours HELP!!!!
Hey dudes. I have always been supporter that overtraining does not exist. I started to train 6 times a week 3 parts day - 20 sets for every part.
I am convinced that we are in something of what is called CNS burnout.
My muscle pump was always absolutely ultimate and suddenly absolutely no pump, my muscles are soft and losing weight even when abnormal food intake. Mood swings from manic to lethargic. My memory and concentration is terrible. My arteries are severely reduced (training does not cause vasodilatation :-(
Unfortunately, I did not train three months and it's still pretty much the same. Just the mood is better.
How to speed up recovery but sleep and eat? I heard that strong androgens might help. Do you think that if I added mesterolone it helps? It makes me unhappy. I want to be back as an animal ever.
I do not want to be overtraining for 10 years :-(((Last edited by mikulas88; 02-18-2014 at 11:42 PM.

Are you currently on anything? Have you just got off a cycle or taken a prohormone?
List all supplements you've taken during this intense training period. Also what is your age? Have you had blood work done?
Be honest. No need to hide anything on the internet. We're here to help.

This could be as simple as you're not eating enough carbs to keep your glycogen stores up, or are dehydrated, or all this intense training has has stressed your body andcaused your cortisol to skyrocket and its hurting your testosterone levels .

Last time I was 5 months ago on Trenbolone acetate, boldenone , testosterone propionate , stanozolol and trained like an animal. Literally out of this world. The day after I got trenbolone and testosterone from the body, so it came (CNS burnout - superultratired). Blood tests I have done and are perfectly fine - the kidneys, liver, testosterone, cortisol, prolactin alright.
I am 23 and my weight is 90 kg - really low bodyfat.

Yes, I think that I do not constitute stores of glycogen in the muscles. I tried to increase the intake of complex carbohydrates to 700 grams and it seemed to me that I just skinnier.

What was your pct? If you didnt run one that could be your issue. What were your actual testosterone levels ?

Bloodwork. Test adrenal fatigue (cortisol saliva test). Run a full thyroid panel. And of course test and estrogen. CBC and Lipid profile as well.

So you now aren't training at all?
I would implement some training back into your program, take it easy, 2 lifting days a week, then progress to 3 a week. You may have caused some issues from overtraining, but I wouldn't necessarily be calling it CNS burnout. Likely not accurate as to what is going on.
There's a lot you can do to improve things, I wouldn't jump on anotehr steroid though. Arginine possibly could be taken regularly.

sure it can. Need to figure out how to calm down, some low volume moderately heavy weight training might help. How's your thyroid look?

Id say this problem is stress and cortisol levels. IF it was just a pump issue, then maybe id say diet, but the lethargy and anxiety hint another issue at hand.

Have you considered your're experiencing something psychological from simply not experiencing the benifits of a heavy steroid cycle?

Yes, absolutly. But clearly this is an extreme overload. I trained 6x-7x a week fullbody totally at the blood on trenbolone and as soon as I dropped off, so my muscles looked like from day to day lost all glycogen stores. Must be a stress and cortisol.
