When doing anavar between cycles should I wait until after PCT to begin?

For an anavar cycle, I am going to suggest 40-50mg, split into 2 daily doses. I would use test as your base. Even if you dont want to run a lot of test, I'd at least use 250mg EW, more if thats what you are used to doing. I dont know your history.

Between cycles?? Probably not the best idea. Recover with a proper pct, take your time off, then add it to your next cycle, with testosterone , of course.

Exactly! Please explain why you are bridging with anavar ? You're not allowing yourself any recovery time. If bridging is your intent, you could be looking at a life time of TRT by not allowing yourself to recover. Please clarify and explain.

Right now I am doing a basic 400 mg/week test e + arimidex cycle

as Anavar - Steroid.com states though anavar can be used for bridging. I just want to try and keep my bodyfat from rising off cycle, but I don't want to use it on cycle because I'm trying to gain weight.

A lot of the info on this main site is outdated or just plain wrong. Apologies to whoever wrote it, but some of it really sucks.

Don't bridge with anavar only. And if you blast and cruise, you might be kissing your nuts goodbye, and you might regret that decision some day big time.

If you want to keep BF low off cycle then work hard at your diet. That's it.
